Install New Bolts and Wax Ring

Take the new toilet bolts and slide them into the slots on the flange, ensuring they are aligned to match the bolt holes on the toilet base. Secure them with the provided washers and nuts, tightening them firmly with a wrench or pliers to ensure they are stable and upright. Next, unpackage the new wax ring. The video specifically uses a 'Harvey No-Seep No. 10' wax ring, which is designed for situations where the flange is slightly below the finished floor. Place the new wax ring directly onto the floor flange, centering it around the drain opening.
