What happens here
Once the base layers are completed, install a bedding layer of fine aggregate (e.g., 1-2 inches of No. 8 or No. 9 washed stone) over the top. This layer provides a level surface for the permeable pavers. Screed the bedding layer to a consistent depth. Then, begin laying the 'Ecoblock' or similar permeable pavers according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring they interlock or fit snugly together. Work from one edge and proceed across the driveway, making sure to maintain straight lines and consistent spacing. Cut pavers as needed using a wet saw with a diamond blade for a precise fit around obstacles or at edges.
