Submerging Live Power Strip and Light Bulb

What happens here

Hongyu Zhang takes a black power strip, which has a standard light bulb already plugged into one of its sockets. The light bulb is actively illuminated. He then carefully lowers the entire power strip into the clear container filled with water, fully submerging it. The light bulb remains lit, demonstrating that the power strip is indeed waterproof and safely conducting electricity underwater.
