What happens here

This video showcases a product demonstration of an 'IRHEMA SAFE' waterproof, explosion-proof, dustproof, and shockproof power strip. The demonstration, conducted by Hongyu Zhang, illustrates the device's ability to operate safely while fully submerged in water, even with conductive objects inserted into its live sockets, without causing short circuits or electric shocks. This is a display of advanced electrical safety technology, and it is crucial to note that this video is *not* a guide on identifying short circuits using multimeters, nor does it involve electrical troubleshooting in the conventional sense. The technology shown actively *prevents* the conditions typically requiring such troubleshooting.
