Raise and Lower the Flagpole

What happens here

To change or maintain the flags, the inner 2-inch PVC flagpole is simply slid downwards out of the fixed 3-inch irrigation pipe sleeve. This allows easy access to the flags without needing to climb or use a ladder. Once the flags are attended to, the inner pole is slid back up into the sleeve, ensuring the flags are properly aligned and displayed. This process can be slightly challenging on windy days.

Goal: Demonstrate the ease of raising and lowering the flagpole for flag changes and maintenance.
