Handlebar Assembly and Storage Feature

What happens here

Locate the bolts and washers provided for handlebar assembly. Attach the lower section of the handlebars to the mower deck using the bolts and washers, ensuring a secure fit. Once the lower section is in place, the handlebars can be folded up from the storage position. The mower also has a feature where the handlebars lock into a storage position by simply flipping them forward.

Goal: Assemble the handlebars and demonstrate the storage mode.
