Super Bowl what's that that's the where the same teams play every year it's never our team someone's got my next truck don't let her blow [Music] last year we integrated ice control as a main stay of our company and I'll tell you right now it has saved our business as we look out the window we're heading out tonight we've got a full night of ice control against us not plowing there's no snow to plow the neighbors's got his driveway plowed right there you can actually see this the two little strips if we get that much snow at a time lately in Minnesota we're lucky Florida has gotten more snow than us in the last 30 days than we've gotten but all it takes is that much to send us and a crew out for an entire night of work in fact we may we're looking at expanding our brine operation cuz right now we've got one single unit guys going 12 14 hours solid straight and I think we want to double that down double our production we're not going out using rock salt though and I've got nothing against it cuz both are excellent but we are getting call after call after call to go out and pre-treat the Lots before the next storms come in it looks like we got a bunch of fun stuff cooking down the pipeline as well so come back we got a busy night ahead of us but come back because in a different video we're going to be installing this right there it's going to be an awesome that's going to be an awesome video but tonight is going to be amazing it's going to be so cool we're going to go get to see an entire brine operation from stem to stern plus a whole lot more let's get this show are putting in just got the SDS we are putting in Turbo belt which is magnesium chloride okay and that'll bring it down to what we are going to run it at an 820 blend okay so your Tank's 300 gallons so we're going to do 240 Gall of straight Brine and 60 Gall of turbo b yeah I saw you guys showed up on my little camera I got here was like what's going on in the you got just under 225 in there right now so you got to pump in we are going to be able to get the full 305 in there just because of it's crested and by the time it gets to that bottom lip there the level's only like right here what would you say gets held up in the bottom too like 20 gallons between the wheel well that doesn't matter as long as what's in there is consistent [Applause] so that' be 285 total when the addtive gets here pump it just about the 275 Mar okay and then we'll be are we pumping some out first no we're actually we're just going to top it off with pure additive is that pure ad well I know but I'm just checking to see what everything is at okay how many times has that gone out what do you mean this will be my second time second time okay yeah you seeing this 275 it's right behind the school there so you're going to be filling this later so make sure you're up to yeah you want to fill it up to 225 and that with frine and then fill the top 60 in with additive will probably be your best well going on the rest of the night he should do the additive first so that it mixes as he pulls the rine in so so you don't think slashing around driving that'll do it too but I don't want I don't want the tube to to have left over additive than it just sitting here it'll just take up more and more right so as you go throughout the night take the additive first 60 Gall It's just tough to see at 60 gallons on the bottom there cuz they got that midle bracket there so that's really tough to get accurate read so if the tank had a if if the Tank's 300 gallons and we just divided it by into five pieces with a marking on there and then drained it down to that marking and then drained it down to the next marking that's that would be the easiest I think yeah I think so yeah we yeah and then we'll just you'll just turn this off and keep this one off disconnected disconnected s that in the tote thing and then watch the tote level and then there's going to be some residual in the line but when we pump it back up to this you pump it out next that should pump the rest so you're going to mark it on the tank it comes here yes perfect yeah and then that'll make it real easy cuz yeah cuz I'll just see it right there and I'll just hit the hit the kill switch on the on the J on the thing and and then shut that Bel off so nothing comes out because you'll need to pump the residual in that line into the tank yeah it's just the same this put that one put it on this fitting you're talking straight from the prim yeah if you don't want to use the truck pump and and you just you want to use this pump yeah take it off of here connect it here open close and then that shuts off the feed for the tank so it's essentially just sucking it with beer coming up and then you take the little guy hose is what right here the little hose and then hook it up to here and then to the truck which is which is what we were going to do if we had like 1,000 gallons added to we were just going to pipe it all in so that you can just mix it P fig the same hole that would be yes you got all the maps and the gave me the whole map route and everything so those well schools you're down to eight no the schools are downo going to do now not now but they're after the school the libraries are done at 8 yes you could you could work it either way you can go as far as you want you go furth this out work your way back you start Clos your way out oh yeah we spin this by ourselves hey we get a couple guys on here to spin it for oh there's multiple gallons well yeah you can only get so sing so 60 gallons of tank how many tanks you get up there no idea how many tanks you got you got 250 gallons in the tot how many tanks I put at it you have 250 gallons of tote no 60 gallons of Box 60 gallons so are you pulling your Cal 6 12 18 24 250 divided by what 60 so 4.16 we' get four tankes out of one tote yeah now I think we'll probably need two totes then little over four tanks now we could go 9010 which would bring it down to about minus I think they website he says- 40 9010 brings it down to minus 40 yeah that's what he said but he said he recommended that we run it tonight at 8020 why because he what did he say on the phone I talked to about 9:00 this morning he said it would would stick better for this this store okay so why 8020 if 9010 is sufficient what did they tell you say something about it sticking better I couldn't hear you so Todd said he likes the consistency of a better at 8020 uses that at pre-treating but we get to super cold like 10 20 30 below then it'll switch to a 9010 was it supposed to get down here tonight uh maybe zero I think oh okay but that's air temperature temperature yeah that's pure additive that's pure brine we've got to come up with the right mix in the truck yeah you know that's one Milwaukee transfer pump that I haven't seen before the newer model I've got the stick one this one came out before the stick one yeah yeah that that's the one I told you I wanted to get so we could do it we could do tons of filming with when in doubt pull your Milwaukee out there you go is she pumping Zach yeah we got brown is it 8 gallons per [Music] minute all right we got 60 gallons of additive on now we're going to finish topping off the truck we still got a tiny bit of room on it we're right to there we're going to get her Tip Top you're going to use the vsi on the truck to pump it in uh to suck it in or you going to use I'm just going to suck it out of the tank you get much more in there don't let her blow and fire in the hole Z pull her out let's get her out so that we're not draining in we can actually get that brine to go where it should go in a lot leave the truck run when you get her running too you he still having problems with that truck running starting this one's still having problems starting uh not that I know all right well you go enjoy yourselves Z and are going to go out and play nine inches coming on Sunday Saturday or Sunday Saturday we'll be able to plow during Saturday Saturday day right B hopefully we're done by the time the Super Bowl start pretty damn good Super Bowl what's that that's where the same teams play every year always it's more FS right there well you got one two three and then you got four fills here so you got a total of seven more fills okay with this solution and then that so that should be about it that's about mix solution hasn't worked its way through the hose yet and we want to get that worked through so that we can get the mix solution down on the sidewalks as well it or any walls there we go now it's want me to pull ahead as you're spraying yeah basically you just pull ahead and then we D all all this gets sprayed down and then we go down to um right where that that light that where that light's shining out of the building okay well we can't walk down there right now cuz your truck is running and we're in downtown St Paul yeah make sure you got yours locked up oh mine's locked up going back door doors are all gone tires TI G bulk tanks everything everything's empty hoods up we got this one done Zach yep you got the rest of the night right yeah yeah I got the rest of the night like I said you you see how fast it went with just with one person moving the truck yeah yeah that helps out a lot oh yeah so now it's just wash rinse and repeat for the next 10 hours yeah basically wash rinse to get mugged between here and my truck the best part about this night is Zach gets to feed his family mhm if it wasn't for doing work like this he wouldn't be working right now but he's got five kids
