The ULTIMATE work truck!

guys I'm with Pat and this is an egg wagon yes egg wagon this I want this truck I love I love this truck I love this truck but walk me through this from stem to stern path all right guys I'm going to jump in here because this is not a Ford it's not a Chevy it's not a GMC it's not a ram it's any one of them because it's A system that creates the perfect work truck they worked with 14 different farmers and contractors to create the ultimate truck for you guys that are making a living with your four-wheel drive pickup truck turning it into the ultimate tool but it's not just what they like they also removed the things that didn't make sense on some of these modern-day trucks that we just don't need but I'm getting ahead of the story but before we're done with this video you're going to find out everything that they did and the price so stick around to the end it's going to be a great show let's do it let let me tell I'll share right up front the truck as we're walking through it'll make more sense the truck was designed by 14 farmers and ranchers from around the country that collaborated with the fox Factory Engineers arguably the the most elite of the off-road engineers in the world and and three questions drove this truck what do you love about your truck what do you hate about your truck and what do you do to make it more of an agriculture truck okay so that's what we've got here is the EG wagon 28 total modifications we won't touch on all 28 we'll cover oh we got time let's do it let's just do it fast I have to remember all 28 my gray hire hair doesn't allow me to remember things like I used to all right all right so we start with the front end here dear killer this this is not just a deer killer this is a deer Annihilator this this is extra heavy duty steel so it's not it's not the light duty stuff that you normally would get uh from from the aftermarket uh this is is a much heavier gauge look at the thickness of the gauge we've got extra pin points on here which the farmers and ranchers designed this bumper you don't buy this bumper aftermarket it's only available on the egg wagon when this hits a deer it annihilates the deer 15,000 lb winch uh inside we've got the nacho lights on here what's really unique about this in agriculture the work doesn't stop when it gets dark so we need 360° of high-intensity LED lighting you're seeing it all the way around what's really cool about the Nacho lights is that is that there you have a little magnetic key that you can touch off on these lights to turn them from a flood into a spot to turn them from a low beam into a high beam just by walking around and tapping the key on the light oh are you joking so when you're out working in the field if you want to flood light tap it you got a flood light if you need a spotlight exactly that's that's part of what you're seeing we've got the suspension system I I don't know if you want to do that but the suspension system so what they've done is they have gone in they suspension Specialists they've gone into all of their research all of their history all their products they created a suspension package that does what agriculture needs it to do so so what that means is that we tend to work at slower speeds yep we tend to work with much heavier weights because we're always hauling stuff y uh and and uh and we we have much bigger uh articulating so so I grew up as a crop duster and we put a 350 gal tank in the back of our trucks and when out into unplowed fields or plowed fields and that's how we sprayed the the the fields when we weren't doing it with an eggplane with an egg cat bip plane we were doing it with a pickup truck you talk about the hardest work you can put on a vehicle is in agriculture absolutely no no questions asked Farmers the farmer group uh which which I had the honor of being being a part of and and kind of uh leading the group the very first thing they said is we're having to replace our stock front every 8 months because of what we do to them on the farm and that's what led to completely rebuilding the suspension system in the three engines in one truck seven differentials and five transmissions and one pickup truck cuz they would just go out in unison you get one done you get a new engine in transfer case and go off it was terrible it was a nightmare okay so we got to back up just a second is that okay go ahead if you were a crop duster you know the a wagon name don't you well they grew up with this kind of stuff here the the EG wagon originally started out just a historical perspective is the ceso 188c right which is arguably one of the greatest crop dusters of all okay you had an egg cat you had an egg that's that's we tied right into the greatness of the crop dusters we wanted to bring that down to the ground that is a plane that had a very specific purpose and function and that's what we wanted this truck to reflect egg wagon was and so and so we named it the egg we had a pony and had an egg cat that was our too so the interior you were showing the interior again some of the modifications that we made we can make a tractor seat last for 10 years we can't make our truck seats last 6 months now granted part of that's our problem cuz we get in with screwdrivers in our pocket but they went with an extra heavyduty leather on on here that is going to be much harder to kill than the regular truck seats you got we've got two-way radio communications built in most farms and ranches now have proprietary radio communication systems is that what this Dash is here that that screen down there is part of our pro rodeo package which is what this truck is that screen actually has cameras on a trailer inside and outside so when we're hauling stock down the road we can monitor the health of the livestock inside the trailer from inside the cab of the truck oh so that's what that screen is for lip Saunders this is so again pro rodeo Edition in the back seat you've got you've got pet protection most of the rodeo athletes that we work with uh they they wanted they they carry their pets with them so pet protection but that is a cowboy hat holder right there for your Rodeo people we we have one for the other side too but we've got hat hat racks in the truck oh now I definitely got to buy one of these there's no way I'm getting away from this show without buying it do you have it in Black this looks like midnight blue if you if you want black we we it's like Doritos if you want it we'll build it right so now you've got your own side step on here so the side steps you I'm not a spring chicken anymore and we you know we've talked to the engineers and said getting on top of that tire to get in here it's not working and and the and the stock steps they're starting to build in on the side is almost as high as that tire is can we get it down there a little more so so again the fox Engineers listened and they brought us these steps which it's more like going up the steps in the house oh it gets better though cuz when you start to go up these steps and you look in the back of this truck things start to finally make sense look at how they have the uh would you tell me about it pet this is your truck not mine you bet well we've got the Molly panels all the way around so that we can tag our tools up to the Molly panels keep them out of the bed surface so that we've got room for Bales for you know for cabs that we're going out and getting in the middle of winter we've got a place to put them so we can get them to warm we've got we've got the Molly built right into the head headache rack yep so that's a custom headache rack Fox design based on Farmer and Rancher input again 36 60° of LED intense lighting all the way around this truck built into the back bumper uh so you can light it up no matter where you're at the guys out west they they they have a hard time getting any kind of communication so up on top of the headache rack is a mini Starling satellite dish so they have two-way satellite Communications no matter where you're at now we just had some folks in here from New Mexico that said you sold me just on that point alone on board air it's a full piston compressor mounted under the back seat with a 3 gallon air tank under the bed so it's a it's a high volume constant air pressure with a 30ft hose that you can reel up and store inside the bed of the truck so again all these modifications and what was most fun for us is when the farmers and ranchers had helped design it actually got to put hands on it we could say well that was Donald's idea that was Steve's idea that was Mike's idea everything they did was something somebody suggested again look at look at the 10 gauge steel on that bumper you don't want to hit that if you're behind it extra pin points on here but it all comes with here's your factory sensors it it it comes with the factory warnings for as many modifications as we made it comes with Factory warranties uh so everything is still in spe but this is just a quick look at you know the a wagon 28 modifications made to make it an agriculture functional truck and nobody wants to know what the price is none of these guys are curious about that at all you know we we get asked every now and then but most of them look at this truck and go you didn't miss anything and and and and the way the way farmer and Rancher looks at this truck this is not even though it's a beautiful truck when you look at it it look like a tank but it it's built to be functional and that's what these guys see is is they're seeing a truck that for the first time actually has earned a spot inside the agriculture equipment tool right I was going to say it's a tool it's not a truck it's a tool exactly how much is this tool going to cost us the way it sits right here this is the pro rodeo special edition so we just announced two weeks ago we just announced not Ram not Ford not Chevy none of the manufacturers the a wagon is now the official truck of pro rodeo in the national finals does that make the price go up so it does not okay good cuz I'm sure these guys like I just want to know the price pack yep so this is the pro rodeo Special Edition comes with that trailer package wait minute is this the Rodeo special edition I think it's the pro rodeo special ed okay good we're on the same I'm I'm told that it is pro oh this one as it sits it's the larot Ford so your base truck is already a higher level this one as it sits is going to be about 136 okay uhel which honestly when and this is a diesel this is a power stroke diesel um when when I tell a farmer Rancher when they do ask the price they're like oh I would have thought it'd be a lot more than that and and it's it's like the price doesn't shock me it really doesn't it's a piece of specialty agriculture equipment that looks really good full warranty on it full warranty plus box plus box plus another 3 years 36,000 where do you guys find out more information on this a wagon.com um or AG trucktrader.com uh they are available through certified agriculture dealerships which we have several hundred around lead time uh if it's not on the lot if you put an order in uh I'm I'm going to say it's typically going to be uh 2 to 3 weeks and that is the EG wagon the egg AG wagon wagon by for or Ram or Chevy or GMC we're building it on all the heavy duty chassis really yes sir now can you put it on a duy yes so let's talk about upgrade options you don't see okay seven flatbed options for this truck all the way from a basic flatbed to a flatbed with tool boxes to raise tool boxes to a full holler body style flatbed so seven flatbed options we're going to be revealing next month an eighth flatbed option that will really appeal to Hay producers I'll just leave it at that but so there's there are flatb options so you can customiz you can create your own farm truck the way you guys have it set up is you have dialed in all of the options that are approved by Farmers built by Farmers for other Farmers that know what they need not by an engineer that's never lived life out in a field that knows where a field is but never know doesn't know anything more about dirt than that these are by guys that are working in the dirt yep and so a guy a farmer or Rodeo guy or a contractor could build and spec out the truck he wants
