I can’t believe what this guy said….I had to walk away…

What happens here

Jonathan from Maxx-D Trailers shares an inspiring story about a customer, Casey Marks, who started a dumpster rental business. Casey began with one Maxx-D roll-off trailer and three bins, investing approximately $30,000. Due to high demand, he quickly expanded, acquiring seven more bins and establishing a successful company. This business model involves renting out the bins on a weekly basis, with the trailer owner servicing them (picking up full bins, emptying at the landfill, and returning empty ones). The Maxx-D roll-off system is rated for 14,000 lbs. Jonathan showcases a 6-foot bin with a 19.5 cubic yard capacity and mentions another robust 7-gauge steel bin designed for heavy materials like concrete, as well as a flatbed option for equipment hauling. This versatility allows the trailer to be a central part of a profitable service business.

Goal: Jonathan from Maxx-D Trailers explains a successful business model using their roll-off dump trailers, highlighting a customer's journey from a small investment to a thriving rental company with multiple bins.

starts with this guy over here and that trailer right there that guy casey marks casey marks so he was working for a dealer dealer of ours and he looked at this setup here and he he was thinking to himself man this this has to make money this roll-off setup you know you could rent these bins out and make money doing it so he bought a trailer like this right here and then he bought a couple of bins as well and rented them out he bought three bends three bins he started with three three bins and a trailer so that he was in for about thirty thousand dollars somewhere around there and uh started out that way and pretty soon all his bins were rented out so he was going back to the dealership and getting more so i'm leaving hey thank you very much [Music] so what my understanding of the story is he started out with three bends he started renting them out on facebook and pretty quickly he was just overbooked i think he ended up buying another seven bins right out of the gate then yeah he doesn't think he bought seven more just to keep up with the demand and started his own company yeah just boom and he's in business and pretty soon he was to the point where other people were were getting into the business because he was sharing a story with them and he's starting to help others get in the business and he just legitimately started with this setup right here like this okay we got a one ton truck which you can even do it with a three-quarter ton truck but a lot of these guys they they like to have a dually it's just a little more planted on the road yep and you know it's a 14k trailer you know it's rated for 14 000 pounds uh so this is a six foot bin right here this is the largest bin it has 19.5 cubic yard capacity holy crap 14 to 12 and a half yep 12 and a half and then this one here is just under six yards so this is for a concrete bust out stuff like that's the heavy stuff yeah what will often happen is you'll get guys they'll fill these you know the four foot sides or even the six foot size they'll fill them up with dirt and heavy debris that's just way too heavy you can't do that that's light debris right there any any dump in my neck of the woods has got a 10 ton limit i don't care what you put in it you can fill it up with couch soap cushions as long as they don't weigh over 10 tons right you're done so that's the light debris you know you can do a little more weight on this forefoot and then this is for the heavy stuff this is a seven gauge side and floor…
