Tape Down First Side

What happens here

Starting from the top of one side, begin applying a continuous strip of 1-inch 3M 2020 masking tape down the entire length of the window frame, overlapping the masking film by about a quarter of an inch. As you apply the tape, use your hand to press it firmly against the film and frame, ensuring a tight seal. If the masking film extends too far past the desired tape line, gently pull it back to align it with the tape's edge.

Goal: Securely tape one vertical side of the masking film to the window frame.
