Using an extension pole with an airless spray gun. Airless Sprayer Tips.

Chris from BNK Painting. In this video, we're going to show you how to spray ceilings and walls using an extendable extension pole that you can attach your gun to. We've got a contractor's um breakout gun and an extendable extension pole right here that we're going to be using. The gun attaches to this this extension pull. This is the part that actually pulls the trigger. This is the part that attach the gun and tightens the gun. The gun actually just slips inside. this mechanism right here, the trigger. It's going to set right there. We're going to tighten it down. Get it right in place where you exactly where you want the gun. Make sure it's nice and snug. Then on the back side, it has another adjustment that will make the go gun go up or down. And you're going to want to determine how you're going to be spraying. If I'm spraying here, I want that gun. I'm going to want it Just like that. It's got a trigger down here. The pulls. This trigger is what squeezes the trigger of the gun itself. The pole can be extended higher [snorts] or lower by this mechanism right here. I'm going to get it approximate height I want. tighten this up. I want to make sure the gun, this trigger and the gun are facing the same direction. Once I got it all set up, now I can actually spray the ceiling. Want to make one more adjustment here. This is needs to go back just a little bit farther. Just like that. Once I got myself ready to spray, it's just like if you were spraying with the gun in your hand, you want to start moving when you pull the trigger and continue moving as you release the trigger. So, I got the set You can use this the gun itself extended on here to do the wall. Heat. Just like that. That's how you spray the ceilings and the walls. It's pretty important to have a gun adjusted to the proper angle before you start spraying. That's going to make it convenient to spray the ceilings. If the gun is facing too far down this way, then I got to stand back to spray the ceilings like that. So, I want to get the gun adjusted proper angle. The trigger mechanism is going to be needed to adjust properly to if it's too tight or too loose. And there's also mechanism that here that holds the hose tight to the the extension pole itself.
