How to (successfully) repair a radiator.....weld or epoxy..or..plan C??
What happens here
Wearing nitrile gloves for protection, the presenter dispenses equal amounts of the two-part Permatex Steel Weld epoxy into a mixing tray. He then thoroughly mixes the two components using his gloved finger until a consistent color is achieved. Using the end of a zip tie as an applicator, he applies a thick layer of the mixed epoxy over the cleared and cleaned radiator holes, ensuring good coverage and adhesion.
Goal: Apply epoxy to seal the radiator holes.
