How to (successfully) repair a radiator.....weld or epoxy..or..plan C??

What happens here

The presenter shows the specific location of the tiny pinhole leaks on the radiator. He then uses a wire brush to thoroughly scrub the area around the holes, removing any rust, debris, or contaminants. Following this, he sprays the cleaned area with brake parts cleaner to further degrease and prepare the surface. The cleaner evaporates quickly, leaving a clean, dry surface.

Goal: Prepare the radiator surface for repair by cleaning it thoroughly.

Tools and materials

  • Brake Parts Cleaner — Degreasing and preparing the surface
  • Radiator — The component being prepared for repair
