Cut and Remove Old Spigot Assembly

I don't know how far I want to go back yet. See what this looks like. Probably going to put some pecs in here. Alright, just screw that out. Push this. They did this so jacked up. Okay. Oh, wow. That's some type of repair. You can see that a repair has been made right here too. I really don't think this is how these are made. This is very wonky.
