What happens here

This video demonstrates the process of inspecting and attempting to repair a leaking frost-proof outdoor faucet by replacing the rubber washer located at the end of the valve stem. It covers the steps from identifying the leak and shutting off the water supply, to disassembling the faucet, replacing the washer, lubricating the stem, reassembling, and testing. It's important to note that the specific repair shown in this video, replacing only the washer, did not fully resolve the leak, suggesting that a more comprehensive repair (such as a full valve stem replacement) might be necessary for this particular faucet.
