Reattach Tilt Wand and Replace Valance

What happens here

Reattach the tilt wand by clipping it back into its corresponding mechanism on the blind headrail. Ensure it's securely attached and functions correctly to tilt the blind slats. Next, take the valance (faceplate) and align its clips with the slots on the headrail. Gently push the valance into place until the clips snap securely, covering the headrail and mounting hardware. Finally, test the blind's functionality, including raising/lowering and tilting the slats, to ensure everything works smoothly.

Goal: Complete the installation by reattaching accessories and the decorative valance.
