How To Properly Clean or Repair A Paint Sprayer. Titan Spray Painting.

What happens here

Once the sprayer is thoroughly flushed with clean water, prepare it for storage by running antifreeze through the system. Empty the dirty water bucket and fill it with a mixture of antifreeze (auto or RV type) and water (50/50 dilution). Drop the intake tube into the antifreeze mixture. Run the antifreeze through the gun first until it emerges, then switch to the prime tube and run it until antifreeze also comes out there. This protects the internal components from freezing and corrosion.

Goal: Replace the remaining clean water in the system with antifreeze to prevent freezing and corrosion during storage.

And then I'm going to run the antifreeze so it gets comes out the gun. And then I'm going to run it through my prime tube. [Music] [Laughter] I'm going to run some through my prime tube. Once I see the antifreeze coming through, it's all good to go. That's the
