How To Properly Clean or Repair A Paint Sprayer. Titan Spray Painting.

What happens here

After initial flushing, continuously alternate running clean water through the paint gun into a clean bucket and then through the prime tube into a dirty bucket. The goal is to see pure clean water coming out of both the gun and the prime tube. This ensures thorough cleaning of all paint pathways.

Goal: Alternate flushing clean water through both the paint gun and the prime tube until water from both outputs is consistently clean.

And another thing I like to do is actually like to lift my paint intake, lift it up, and when once you start to see pure clean water come out of this tube, you know your sprayer is almost clean. So, I'm going to run it a little more. I'm just going to alternate this process back and forth until I see pure clean water come out of here and pure clean water come out of there. When I lift this thing up right here, once I get
