How To Prep & Paint Stucco. Painting Stucco With A Paint Sprayer.

What happens here

After completing the stucco, proceed to paint the soffits and any siding. In this project, the soffits are being painted with the same exterior flat SuperPaint as the stucco, meaning no special masking is needed for the gutters if they are also being painted the same color. If the siding is a different material (e.g., wood siding) or requires a different sheen, use a satin finish paint. Spray these surfaces evenly, ensuring good coverage without drips or runs. After all paint has dried completely, carefully remove all masking tape, plastic sheeting, and paper.

Goal: Complete painting of all exterior surfaces and perform final cleanup.

So, and the one arm cleaner now. We've got the sophets, too. And the sophets we also spray on this house. You have the options of spraying the sophets with satin or flat. We're using super paint flat on this house by Sher Williams. And we're also spraying the sopets in the same flat. I don't need to shield the gutters off cuz we're painting the gutters. to get a little overspray on the gunners. And I don't have to worry about any specific pattern spraying because the person back rolling is going to even out the paint by back rolling it with a nap. We always use an old nap. That's a throwaway nap because the stuckco destroys the nap. So, we keep old naps just for this purpose. And a 38 or larger nap is good for back growing stuckco. And um we're using Sher Williams exterior flat super paint on the stucco on the back side of this house and siding. And then we'll be using satin on the back side of the house.
