How To Paint Cabinet Doors. Painting kitchen cabinets EASY

What happens here

The project begins with understanding the purpose of the hanging system. Cabinet doors and shelves are prepared by screwing small cup hooks into their edges. These hooks then attach to a wooden hanger, which in turn hangs from a rack, ideally in a spray booth. This setup enables easy rotation and access to all surfaces for spraying, preventing issues caused by placing wet painted items on a surface. The choice of where to place the cup hooks (e.g., bottom edge for lower cabinets, top edge for upper cabinets) depends on visibility once the cabinet is reinstalled.

Goal: Learn the core concept of using cup hooks and wooden hangers to suspend cabinet doors and shelves, allowing for all-sided spray painting without setting them down.

We got a simple system of using cup hook cup hooks and hangers to spray these things so we can spray all sides, top and bottom, and everything without having to set them down on anything. It's a simple little system. So, stay tuned to watch how we do this. So, here's one of the doors right here. And I got these little cup hooks that we've already installed right here. And so you're going to remove the cabinet door and you're going to decide what side or where you're actually going to put those cup hooks cuz you got to just you got to drill two little holes to screw them into. And you definitely want to drill some little pilot holes in there. It makes it really easy to screw the cup hooks in and so they don't actually split your door, split the
