Apply Second Coat, Dry, and Remove Masking

What happens here

After the first coat has dried, proceed to apply the second coat of paint. This coat should also be light and applied in an opposing direction to the first for optimal coverage and a uniform finish. The video states that the second coat was sprayed and then allowed to dry for about 15 minutes. Once the second coat is dry, carefully remove all the plastic sheeting and masking paper from the walls and other protected surfaces. The use of flat paint means that bridging (where the tape pulls off dried paint) is not a concern, allowing for flexible removal timing. The result will be a freshly painted acoustic ceiling with clean lines against the walls.
