What happens here

After the power washing and drying period, the next phase of preparation begins, which includes caulking, priming, and sanding. These tasks are performed the day before the actual painting. The crew coordinates these efforts, with members like "Brooke" performing caulking. Additionally, the fence is power-washed to prepare it for solid color staining, which will also be done in one or two days, concurrently with the house painting.
