What happens here

The final step involves completing any remaining detail work, such as finishing the trim around the last door. New downspouts are installed to ensure proper water drainage from the roof. After all painting and installations are done, the crew cleans up all brushes, rollers, masking materials, and other equipment, leaving the site tidy. The finished house, painted in a fresh green with white trim and a stained deck, is presented.

Goal: Complete all finishing work, install remaining fixtures, and clean the work area.

Deck's looking pretty nice. After this deck is done and after GMO finishes up that last door. Just got to clean up our brushes and rollers. And that'll be a 7 and 1/2 hour project. Four colors. 1,200 square ft. The house is now complete. This 1,200 square ft exterior. Just putting up a couple drop cloths. That's it. Done for the day. Another exterior done. Third one for 2012.
