Caulk Gaps and Smooth Edges

What happens here

After sanding, inspect the door jamb for any remaining gaps, cracks, or uneven edges, particularly where some paint didn't come off completely. Use a caulk gun to apply 'Big Stretch' caulk along these areas. The goal is to smooth out these imperfections, ensuring the surface is as even as possible before priming. Allow the caulk to dry thoroughly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
