How to Build a Sauna inside a Shed

What happens here

Carefully cut and fit R-19 fiberglass insulation into the wall cavities and ceiling joist bays. Staple the insulation in place, ensuring good coverage. Once the insulation is in, install a thick plastic sheeting (Ace Premium 10ft x 25ft) as a vapor barrier, stapling it to the studs and joists. This prevents moisture from penetrating the insulation and damaging the wood framing. For the ceiling, drop the insulation in from above after the vapor barrier is in place, then seal the vapor barrier.

3 i don't know the yellow cable the insulation can be either a two by fours or two by sixes so obviously we'll go two by sixes that's what we got i'm gonna put two staples on top roll it down put two stables at the bottom how do you eat an animal one bite at a time so let's do it now the trick is to get uh the insulation into the ceiling here obviously there's no drywall my system of approach is gonna be possibly take my vapor barrier which will have to wrap everything with vapor barrier uh i think i'm gonna first do it on top of the ceiling and then from the side from the top drop it into uh to lay over the plastic that way it doesn't fall through that's about the only way i could think about getting insulation up there it'll be a little tricky but you know that's what we stand up for so typically
