How NOT to run a $160,000 Italian Loader....

What happens here

Inside the cabin, the operator systematically introduces the machine's controls. This includes inserting the key and starting the engine, checking the dashboard indicators for glow plugs (important in cold weather), and locating the mechanical parking brake. He explains the functions of the four-gear stick shift (forward, neutral, reverse) located on the steering column, and a secondary shift mechanism integrated into the joystick, which allows for shifting forward and reverse with finger controls. The operator notes that while the joystick shifter might appeal to newer, 'Xbox generation' operators, he personally prefers the traditional stick shift.

Goal: The operator provides a detailed walkthrough of the loader's cabin, introducing various controls such as the ignition, parking brake, gear shifter, and joystick, emphasizing the dual shift options.
