Address Compounding Changes and Equipment Needs

there's this wall formed here and this wall formed here after the fact and then as we would do there change requests they would then add another planter box but they would add another tier or they would add a wall on top of a wall on top of a wall these were massive changes but the problem was it wasn't in a logical order so they started to have us build the elevated planter boxes that you see behind us from the bottom after we've already got a retaining wall built the only way we can do that is by hiring a massive crane and we're talking about the biggest crane we could find and putting one of those containment units on the end so that we could put all of our drainage aggregate in it we could put our backfill in we would then put pallet forks on it and califor up and over everything that we'd already built
