How Chicken feed is made...it might surprise you!

What happens here

Upon arrival at your farm, use a tractor with a front-end loader to carefully unload the large 1000lb feed bag from the pickup truck. Once unloaded, transport the feed bag to a suitable storage location. Additionally, prepare a brooder setup for new chicks, complete with a heat lamp and feed, ready to receive the young birds that will consume this feed.

Goal: Successfully unload the bulk feed, store it, and prepare the environment for the animals that will consume it.

Tools and materials

  • Brooder — Housing and heating young chicks
  • Feeder — Holding feed for the chicks
  • Heat Lamp — Providing warmth for chicks in the brooder
  • Tractor with Front-End Loader John Deere — Unloading the bulk feed bag from the pickup truck
