What happens here
For doors, use the remaining plywood to cut out the door panels to the desired size. Use a router with a round-over bit to soften the edges of the door panels for a finished look and feel. Then, using a drill with a Forstner bit, drill holes for the European style hinges (also known as concealed hinges) on the back of the door panels. Attach the hinges to the doors and then to the cabinet frames. Adjust the hinges to ensure proper door alignment, gap, and swing. For drawers, assemble the drawer boxes using pocket hole joinery. Install drawer slides to the inside of the cabinet frame and to the sides of the drawer box. Insert the drawer box into the slides. Attach the drawer front to the drawer box and adjust for proper alignment. Finally, install door and drawer pulls.
Goal: Complete the cabinets with functional doors, drawers, and hardware.
