Perform Necessary Repairs and Priming

What happens here

After pressure washing and allowing surfaces to dry completely, perform essential repairs. For areas with existing peeling paint, apply a 'Peel Stop Triple Thick Primer' (or similar high-build primer) to seal edges and create a stable base. Use an orbital sander (e.g., a DeWalt model) or sanding sponges for brick mold and other wooden trim to smooth out any rough patches or feather edges of existing paint. For stucco cracks, apply a suitable stucco repair product (e.g., 'CAT. 5 for stucco cracks') using a putty knife, ensuring it's blended seamlessly with the existing texture. Finally, prime any areas of bare wood or repaired surfaces with an appropriate exterior primer to ensure optimal adhesion for the topcoat.

Goal: Address damaged areas by applying peel-stop primer to prevent further peeling, sanding rough surfaces, and filling stucco cracks, then priming any exposed bare wood or repairs.
