What happens here

To achieve a 'chopped' look for the rear, the fender supports that originally extended further back were cut using an angle grinder. An aftermarket fender, purchased from Amazon, was then bolted in place. Integrated smoked tail lights, which also function as turn signals, were installed on both sides of the rear. A license plate bracket, incorporating a brake light, was also added.

Goal: Achieve a chopped rear fender look with integrated lighting and license plate.

Tools and materials

  • Angle Grinder — Cutting the rear fender supports
