Pre-cool the Freeze Dryer

What happens here

Before loading the prepared fruits, power on your Harvest Right freeze dryer. The machine will display a 'Cooling Vacuum Chamber' message on its touchscreen, indicating a 15-minute pre-cooling period. During this time, the internal chamber will chill, and you may observe frost beginning to develop on the internal surfaces. It is crucial to wait for this pre-cooling cycle to complete before opening the door and loading the trays to maintain temperature stability.

Goal: Turn on the Harvest Right freeze dryer and allow it to pre-cool for approximately 15 minutes before loading any food items. This ensures the chamber reaches the optimal freezing temperature.
