Complete Drying Process and Vent

What happens here

Monitor the freeze dryer's display for the 'PROCESS COMPLETE' message. This typically takes around 24 hours, though exact times can vary based on the food type and moisture content. Once complete, slowly open the drain valve on the side of the machine to vent the internal chamber, allowing the pressure to equalize. Afterward, on the touchscreen, select the 'Defrost' option. This will begin the thawing process for any ice that has accumulated inside the chamber.

Goal: Once the 'PROCESS COMPLETE' message appears (typically after 24 hours), slowly open the drain valve to vent the chamber and then select the 'Defrost' option.
