Close Drain Valve and Start Freezing Cycle

What happens here

With the trays loaded and the door closed, turn your attention to the drain valve located on the side of the Harvest Right freeze dryer. This valve should be fully closed. Once confirmed, return to the touchscreen and press the 'Continue' button to begin the freezing process. The machine will then enter the 'FREEZING' phase, during which the vacuum pump will activate. This pump is crucial as it draws out moisture from the fruit, and this moisture adheres as ice to the cold internal surfaces of the chamber.

Goal: Locate the drain valve on the side of the freeze dryer, close it completely, and then press 'Continue' on the touchscreen to initiate the freezing cycle.
