What happens here

Utilize a dual-paddle mixer to thoroughly blend the aggregate and liquid binder. Insert the mixing paddles into the bucket and start the mixer. Continuously mix the components, ensuring that all dry aggregate is fully coated and integrated with the liquid binder. Pause mixing to add any remaining liquid binder if not all was added initially. Continue mixing until a homogeneous, wet, and consistent mixture is achieved, with no dry spots visible.
