Initial Rinse and Surface Cleaning

What happens here

Once the joints are filled, begin the rinsing process. Use a water hose with a gentle spray nozzle (or a sprinkler for a very fine mist) to lightly moisten the paved surface. The water helps to further compact the jointing compound into the joints and washes away any residual material from the paver surfaces. Avoid using a high-pressure spray, which could wash out the compound from the joints. Use the squeegee or broom to help guide the water and slurry off the pavers.
