Grohe Shower Valve Handles Keep Falling Off..LETS GET TO FIXIN!

What happens here

Despite the identified installation flaw, the video demonstrates reassembling the flow diverter handle to show the best possible outcome under the circumstances. The inner barrel is threaded onto the valve stem, the escutcheon is placed, and the handle is then positioned. The set screw is tightened as much as possible, attempting to secure the handle, but it remains recessed and somewhat wobbly due to the underlying issue. The set screw is applied with Loctite to secure it as best as possible.

Goal: Reattach the flow diverter handle as securely as possible, acknowledging the installation limitation.
