Grohe Shower Valve Handles Keep Falling Off..LETS GET TO FIXIN!
What happens here
With the handle removed, inspect the set screw. Since Grohe is a metric brand, ensure you have a metric Allen wrench (2mm is used in the video). Apply a small amount of blue removable Loctite threadlocker to the tip of the Allen wrench or directly to the set screw. This helps prevent the set screw from vibrating loose again over time. Be careful not to apply too much, as it could make future removal difficult.
Goal: Secure the set screw to prevent future loosening of the handle.
