Combined Scraping, Vacuuming, and Final Hand Sanding

What happens here

To maintain a clean work area and prevent dust from settling, have a second person assist by holding a vacuum hose near the area being scraped. As you continue to scrape and brush, the vacuum will immediately collect the dislodged debris and dust. After scraping and brushing, use a sanding block or sanding sponge for a final pass over all surfaces. This helps to smooth out any minor imperfections, ensure an even finish, and remove any lingering residue, preparing the wood for its new protective coating.
