What happens here

Attach the wheels to the tiller's axle by aligning them and inserting the provided pins. The video demonstrates that the wheels can operate in two modes: free-wheeling (for easy transport) or engaged (for driving the tiller during operation). To switch between modes, pull out the pin, slide the wheel outward slightly to disengage it from the drive mechanism, or inward to engage it, then reinsert the pin into the appropriate hole.
