Final Step hooking up the FARM SHOP Barndominium!
What happens here
To create a cleanout access point, glue a 4-inch 22.5-degree PVC elbow into the main drain line, followed by a short vertical piece of 4-inch PVC pipe. Ensure all joints are properly primed and cemented. For now, simply thread a screw-cap onto the top of the vertical pipe. Later, after backfilling, the vertical pipe will be trimmed to ground level, and a permanent cleanout cap will be installed. This cleanout provides future access for snaking or clearing blockages.
Goal: Create an accessible point for future pipe maintenance.
