(20,000 characters)all right I'm at the uh fanco booth and um they have something that I don't see all that often a Bobcat tractor hey you guys that have ever had any experience with these let me know a little bit about them well yeah I don't see well let's see if I can find some help can anybody tell me about the tractor over there thank you hey I'm Stan nice to meet you and you are Andy McKinney Andy nice to meet you Andy I don't I've never personally actually seen a Bobcat tractor before yeah I mean is this new or am I just missing stuff oh it's they've had the tractors back now for a couple years they have okay who makes them for them or they make them themselves or is this an off-round right now they're Tractor Corporation is who's making them for Bobcat right now so question for you Andy why would a guy want to buy a Bobcat tractor over something they're more familiar with like a John Deere a New Holland or some other name brand you know pick a name out there yeah I mean I a lot of it I I like to say is dealer support um great dealer support Bobcat always has had great dealer support always have you know a lot of parts and good service so it's that's the biggest thing I think comes down to two is price I think we're very competitive right now Bobcat's got a program going where if they don't use their financing we can take the price of the loader off of the tractor so that's a large savings so what is the what is the horsepower on this unit this is a 58 horsepower okay uh what is a price on a unit like this um depending on how we option it up you're gonna be in the you know the low 50s and then you'll take the price of the loader off of that if you don't use their financing okay what else should we know about the Bobcat brand that makes it maybe a little unique or a person's choice [Applause] I think it goes back again the price point I mean I think you can save thousands of dollars against our competition we've been real a very reliable tractor so what's the warranty like on these on this you get a two-year full warranty and then there's a six here on the powertrain okay two-year full Bumper to Bumper how many hours two thousand hours two year two thousand hours all right and if guys wanted to get a hold of you Andy where would they go um I'm actually based out of the Albert Lee store oh nice we've my home stomping grounds yeah Aragon okay yep you know the air gun I know where it is nobody wants to admit they know where the Aragon bar is in Albert Lee yeah but yeah we've got store Mankato Albert Lee Rochester and Mason City Iowa and that's sand called sandco equipment thank you thank you appreciate it Andy all right guys I'm with Mike from Ziegler how are you good good all right so what are we looking at oh 306 excavator this is what we're calling the next generation of mini X specifically what this machine comes with is something that we call the ease of use package okay um what the easy use package is going to be is some entry level technology um into these excavators a lot of stuff coming from the larger size excavators down to the smaller size um you're gonna start seeing stuff like touch Point measuring so you can dig a trench tell it I want to go four foot deep from right here it'll go four feet and stop I can throw a grade into this right from in the cab right from in the cab yep no GPS no lasers nothing it's actually actuators with the uh hydraulic cylinders that are doing the measuring there is a bucket measure up that needs to happen right off the bat but once it's measured up I can actually program that in and select different buckets as well oh wow um other features that this is going to have like I said I can go down four feet I can throw a grade into that as well as I'm digging and then every time I reposition my machine I am going to need to touch Point as I go down to maintain that that position this is also going to have stuff like e-fence e-sealing and E floor what that means is I can take and put up a virtual fence right here that my excavator will not stick out or turret out into so no more hitting houses or houses traffic okay all of these different situations a little bit safer if I'm under a bridge I can set a ceiling if I'm under power lines I can set a ceiling if I'm above utilities I can set a floor wow so if I know I have a gas line four feet deep and I'm only digging two I'm a lot safer than I used to be right wow on top of that when I am digging a trench I have a pile over here I can take swing dump my pile press one button and I return right over the center of that trench for my next pass nice and easy wow on top of that this machine is also equipped with what we call sticks here so as you can see right now he'd be driving the tracks forward and backward with those two controls what I can do is actually cast that over to the side joysticks for easy roading and go down the road that way I can also throw cruise control on that as I'm roading and going down to the next job site if I'm going to do something like a ditching application I could turn it sideways do cruise control at a mile or a half mile down and um still scoop and maintain bucket control on my other stick wow really really easy [Music] a couple of other really cool features that some people like in the cab all of our excavators previously have had this fold down window however this bottom piece of glass you used to have to tuck up behind you in behind your seat so now this will actually connect up with that upper piece and then the entire glass assembly swings up and out of your way for a nice open cap you get 100 clear percent clear and you don't have that piece of glass door behind you jumbling around and making all that noise like it normally does wow wow wow how slick is that dude I had no clue that this was Mike you've taught me more about CAT equipment than probably the 10 previous guys I've tried to talk to in the past so thank you absolutely the other thing you're going to notice in here is going to be just wide wide open room easy easy serviceability look at all that space and we did all that while lowering that back half for a little bit more visibility huh um not on this machine but one thing you are going to come see coming up very very soon is actually already being built is on the 305 or 303.5 size and lower is now going to have tilt up cabs just like a skid steer for service so the whole cab is going to roll up one easy access point for your techs wow all right the other features that they're trying to um uh uh push with these is going to be Parts commonality so if you have a fleet of CAT equipment your filters and different parts are going to be a lot more common between machines so you don't have to stock as many parts as many filters different things like that there's going to be more time between service intervals it's going to be more fuel efficient and it's really just uh um a great brand new machine lots of cool new stuff coming out of them we're really excited about this line all right and that's new by cat yes sir thanks Mike hey thank you you have a good day all right you guys well that's gonna call it for this day it's been a long day it's been a hot day so that means it's been a long hot day and I think I'm gonna wrap this one up I hope you enjoyed this video let me know if you did in the comments down below and if you didn't I really don't care because I enjoy making videos like this so I think I need to get a pail of mini donuts and I will see you guys later God bless go get them howdy hi how are you I'm Stan nice to meet you Stan all right how much does this head weigh oh man we're going right into it um if I stump him you're buying me a beer oh you have 9 300 pounds I believe all right so tell me a little bit about the unit I tried to stop being yeah you're on the fence okay so this is your baby right well this is a Gleaner combine this is the s98 this is the Class 8 combine okay you get s96 class six and also the s97 of course cost seven okay um this is uh the traditional Gleaner design that glitter's had for a long time now pretty much since the clear combine was founded almost a hundred years ago uh it's a Traverse rotor so as the crop is coming into the feeder house it goes to 39.5 inches wide the crop stays that width while it goes back into the rotor and then uh since the rotor's running this way it feeds in crop just runs right to left in the rotor thrust is in separate so it's very efficient natural Flow Design okay uh grain tank on this machine is 390 bushel uh it on lows at four bushels a second some people comment about the way this combine looks with the low auger but the reason is the reason it's designed this way is because the cross auger comes over the bottom of the tank and naturally flows right into the auger going straight out okay of having a turret that goes straight up to the top of the combine and then out like the ideal combine his neck strips over here okay um so yeah so does that increase your productivity or give you a benefit in any way shape or form by having that design yes so it gives you a faster unload rate based on the lighting RPM and the size of the auger and also you consume less fuel it's a lot more power really okay I didn't realize about the fuel efficiency okay and that's really the whole design of this combine is this efficiency and lightweight every shaft in this combine runs traversely across the machine okay so it's a lot of there's a belt and pulley design very simple though because there is no gearbox needed to change the direction of power transfer a belt and pulley design is that a benefit or a detriment uh benefit in the way that if uh if a belt breaks or something happens to pull it's a lot lower price to replace it in the gearbox right and also there's less power consumption to run is it a detriment because you have more belts to maintain and you have more possibility of ripping a belt than ripping a gear potentially yeah okay typically if a gearbox is designed properly you're not going to just blow a gearbox out but it does happen Okay the theory with it it's also lower uh lower pricing manufacturing so okay it's a lighter weight as well very light combine if it ain't if it's if it ain't broke don't fix it is that what you're saying kind of well that's all we like to do inspections every year in combine stuff what I'm saying is in the design because the design this is your point yes yes that's it's worked for so many years yep I mean because I I had a belt driven uh ventrac and I was like yeah the 1970s called they want their technology back and then I used it for a year right and I'm like I love it exactly I can I got a problem I'm out in the field I'm fixing it with my hands yes I'm not I'm not yeah you know nothing wrong with that no nothing wrong with that okay what else should we know on this side of the machine uh right back here is your chaff spreader so this president of the Trap coming off of the sieves okay and anything that's being chopped out of the left-hand side of the rotor is being spread right here they Mark at about a 40 foot spread pattern um it can spread 40 feet in the red conditions so if you have any wind um let's just say realistic the bus pressing on 35 feet so don't call them up at midnight complaining that it's only spreading 35 feet you've been warned right all right all right so uh on this end it's pretty simple on this right hand side of the combine yeah it looks really simple pretty straightforward again everything's belt driven um there's a tool right here and you put that tool through here and put it on this hex shaft and that is how you uh clean out the rock trap since the rotor is so far back and high in the combine the rock trap is in a different position than both traditional combines okay so that'll dump out the rocks and there's a tractor with a bottom that allows the rocks to pour onto the ground first of all right again very simple easy maintenance daily or whatever you need to dump it have they changed anything in the cap yeah so this is on the S9 series they went to what's called The Vision cab okay bigger cab wider a little more leg room wider Cab new armrest touchscreen terminal 10.4 inch touchscreen terminal they call the Titan terminal okay how about that how about the head that we're looking at here yes this is a can you swap these out or is this is this a dedicated head you can swap it between a Massey Ferguson Fender Gleaner with a adapter change okay but all The Gleaners will fit this in newer ones anyway okay um this is a draper head you have uh plus or minus eight inches of travel on the cutter bar but it is a rigid frame so more of your entry level head it doesn't have any frame Flex to it but uh okay good unit for the price point it comes in at and speaking of price point what does a unit like this go for um the combine itself is uh getting around that 600 000 maybe a little over list price of course there's discounts on that head here is 110 100 probably about 110 000. so you're senior citizens military discounted or farmer discount well see how I threw that last one in there I was trying to trip you out but you'll see let's get these guys ten percent off there's a discounts on that and it depends on the on the month it is or programs financing programs and discounts too okay so very good and you got something else you wanted to show me right yeah sounds like you want to take a look at that 2500 bushel drain cart I did want to do that so let's go there next all right hi Kane what are we looking at with this one now this is the fairly new Brandt dxt dual logger grain cart uh this grain cart is available in several different sizes from 1150 to 2500 bushel right here we have the track undercarriage of course is the big 2500 bushel so we have the largest tracks on it this track is 170 inches overall length and laying on the ground is 130 inches the width of the track is 36 inches now depending on the size of cart you have several different options you can get also a 150 inch overall length 130 inch overall length track the smaller carts okay you also get the large single tires or walking caps I was gonna ask if tires are an option was there a cost savings then with the tires there is so substantial cost savings quite a bit actually depending on the tire of course whether it's quite a bit of quite a large price to spend the two okay um going towards the front of the cart we have uh the new option for the Brand vxt This is a right hand unload so the reason they offer right hand unload is because naturally attracted the seats fills more that direction and a lot of your monitors like your cameras and your scale are on the right hand side of the tractor cab ah also with this we have a new gearbox in front this this is transferring power from the PTO shaft from the tractor to the unload auger and what we call the drag auger on a dual logger the large auger that drags grain to the front into the frontal load if for some reason you had to have an emergency shut off and shut the grain down and it was a high moisture corn and just kind of plugged her hard for the tractor to re-engage this lever right here disconnects the drag auger from the main auger okay and unload the main auger so you get out done with that re-engage it get back to your unloading as you were before um very nice as you can see it's a heavy duty gearbox I think it's approximately around 1500 pounds something like that very heavy duty just the gearbox alone gearbox Alone um unloading auger this is a 24 inch we have an option for a 22 inch as well the 24 inch and loads at 1000 bushels a minute and then 22 inches 800 850. okay range what's the warranty like on this warranty two-year warranty on these I believe don't quote me on that but I believe it is a two-year warranty do you have any uh price points that you can kind of walk me through on the various options well how about this unit the way it's set up right here wait this unit the way it's set up this price is about 325 okay and then if we put tires on it what would we be at so all you can put tires on a 2500 bushel if we put tires on let's say a 1600 bushel cart um the option is probably about a thirty thousand dollar difference yeah okay okay depending on the tire you you selected is there anything else we should know about this Cadence well uh cameras uh okay we have an option of No cameras One camera two up to four cameras on this card um right this one will be equipped before one on the auger one on the front side of the tank one the back side of the tank and one in the back so if you go on the highway you can't see behind you you have a camera to see what traffic is broken very smart um this is the category five hitch due to the size of the cart which means it's a could take a two and three quarter inch pin it was usually the smaller cards can run a category four which is a two inch bin okay oh geez oh this is has a hydraulic jack as well so from the cab you can hydraulically lift the hitch up drive away pull the remote and you're done yeah moving the Jack manually all right that's about the disc of the cart um one more point about it is uh this this brand dual logger cart has very steep side angles okay um they're actually 42 degrees one of the other large competitors in the industry that makes the 2500 is actually uh 32 degrees so they go from this is a 40 degrees high moisture corn slice very easily um and on the other side if you walk around here but you can unfold this ladder and a door opens up to the left and you can easily access the tank instead of crawling over the sides nice all right well thank you no problem thank you very much appreciate it all right Dan the man now we're gonna do b-roll I'm just gonna fly you over it yeah you did great you did great through your thing all right you did the right thing by Sam don't quote me on that I love that all right guys we are at H Fabrications booth and H stands for Berlin and what's your last name hexel Harlan hexel how are you good you are the H and what do you what do you want to show me today well gosh Daniel we got this kind of show you show you some different different uh attachments we do nine different different types of uh skid steer attachments a little uh tracker loader attached and stuff like that and uh uh what what we do different different than than a lot of our competitors or whatever uh all of our our grapples Our Sleeve greasable sleeve sleeves sleeves a lot of them a lot of manufacturing uh I just put an ear here with a bolt through through or whatever uh this is our heaviest duty duty grapple grapple here uh 25 years years ago we sold 80 86 of them to FEMA to clean up New Orleans they are still going to this day yet wow uh how do you know that because because every once in a while get I'll get a call I'll need a grapple grapple or a hose or whatever ever ever but yeah oh FEMA did a lot of research 20 25 years ago I had this unit out about six years before Bobcat even had he had a had a grandpa he had a what's called a root grapple yeah heaviest thing on the market market or whatever heaviest one on the market you see yeah just built in the market all half inch material heaviest built in the market so nobody builds a better grapple than yeah we build it and how are you compared I mean our show price is 34. how do you compare in price typically on a day-to-day basis with your competitors uh we are probably over uh over over uh over built and underpriced I love that now this is something I personally want is the wood chuck right there I want one of those for my skid loader so bad I can taste it 3 30 36 inch stroke stroke on there how many ton is that 20 ton plenty and I just hop in your load or reach down grab your log and do everything snip it just like you do putting your your index finger to your thumb yep and we have all videos online HH Fab Fab Fab or whatever you pull up and we'll have different videos but if…
