This Log Splitter surprised me . 4K

foreign they've got something that I had no clue about it's shopping day it's shopping day I love when I get to go shopping you guys and that's exactly what I'm doing I'm shopping for a new log splitter sometimes when I go to a store I tell them I don't know your equipment as good as you know your equipment so bring me the unit that you would buy for yourself and that's what I did to Lowe's I called up the manager said hey I'm coming down I'd like you guys to pick out the best log splitter you got the best bang for the buck not the most expensive the most powerful the best value uh and then I want to film it and the surprisingly enough they agreed to do both hey guys it's Brian around yeah hey Brian how you doing man nice to meet you nice to meet you uh do you got a log splitter for me absolutely come on over all right cool beans all right uh so I called up the store and I asked you guys to pick me out the best bang for the buck in a log splitter okay so this is what you got for me this is the best for the uh the biggest bang for your buck okay so why did you pick this one out 32-ton logs for uh Splitter from Craftsman can't go wrong okay and for vertical horizontal Cuts can't go wrong the size on this uh hydraulic massive big fat massive hydraulic cylinder the price point is price point right now is uh sixteen hundred dollars sixteen hundred dollars and when I went online and I was looking at all of the different log splitters out there there was one that was a little bit cheaper but it wasn't a 32 ton by any means and everything else was more expensive and this one had the best warranty out of all of them that you you guys even have in stock in fact this has got one of the best warranties of any log splitter I've ever seen three year warranty can't go wrong this is our compete uh the other uh units that we can uh order is uh two-year warranty year uh year warranty on top of our other lines that we can order everything else you had was either less tonnage or more money but what is that tiny to even matter why would a 32 ton make a difference now I always opt for the one with the highest tonnage not because I always need that extra Power by any means but it's because of everything else that goes along with the expertronics the extra beef in the frame and the uh the cylinders in the hoses and the couplers in the connections everything else that has to go into that piece of equipment to be able to withstand the higher tonnage that the cylinder exerts is the reason why I buy that piece of equipment I want all of those little extras that the company has to put into the machine to be able to withstand the extra forces that they're claiming that they can Dole out you got your vertical uh and your horizontal capability we're running a Kohler uh motor uh nine and a half horsepower okay versus our competitors uh other options to go with they're still running the Kohler motor on a couple of them same size look at these hoses holy crap they've got some beefy hoses on them I'm just looking at the little things Brian like the fittings you know what I mean when you start to look at how they put together the little thing now this is both a vertical and horizontal splitter right absolutely how do you how do you flip it up let's go over here grab this wrench so the reason that that's important to be able to flip that up is not everybody likes lifting the the logs to the splitter and with this configuration you can roll the log in when you get those really big beefy fat logs and a 32-ton log splitter that's going to handle just about anything I can imagine you could throw at it what is the warranty policy though if something goes wrong what do I got to do do I got a bunch of Hoops do I got to jump through or do I just come back here it's through Craftsman so any power uh Power Equipment has a 30-day return policy through the store anything else will go through the manufacturer um one has a great warranty how is Craftsman when they handle their warranties are they I've never had I've never had an issue with Craftsman my dad used to buy all Craftsman tools because it was if you ever broke it you gave them you got a brand new one are they still that good with their works okay um any issues with any of their stuff they stand behind their product we'll get these wheels 277 of okay it says right there nine and a half horsepower 277 CC that's bigger than the other engines cheaper better warranty bigger engine massive cutting cylinder 32 ton splitter I guess that's I mean I don't know what else you could ask for it on that nothing really unless you're taking down a whole tree but the unit is fantastic especially for any job that you need um it will definitely do the jobs okay so let's see how that works so if you're gonna because I'm gonna be Towing this home so when we flip her down so now she's locked as soon as you lay it down she's locked it's not going in it's not going anywhere but now just to make sure we actually have this unit which pins that which keeps it from tipping on you place right in there yep all right ready box sweater [Applause] um hey can you give us a hand moving it ma'am I don't feel like I'm doing a lot of work on this end Brian in fact I kind of don't feel like I'm doing anywhere it's not that bad [Music] okay [Music] go [Music] thank you after I got the log splitter warmed up and just found out how well she operates I decided to try to figure out what 32 tons actually could do so I searched for the biggest beefiest piece of wood I have [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] enough of a challenge so I went to the rock pile [Music] all right guys well we split a rock in half on the grinder can't fix yep we'll grind them teeth off but there you go that's Craftsman 32-ton lawn splitter if it can crack a rock I'm pretty sure it can crack your wood but I hope you guys enjoyed today's video uh thumbs up goes a long way let me know if this helped you guys splitter on roads basically it's a different kind of a system so if you guys want to see something like that let me know but uh we got all of this wood to split so we got plenty of splitting to do and
