All right, Chris. We just got an emergency service call. Let me give you the scenario. I want you to tell me how you're going to handle it. 100 amp breaker, 480 V feeding one of the rooftop heating units. Maintenance said the breaker is arcing. Okay. What are you going to do? Tell me exactly every step you're going to do to this a super important high-end commercial customer that we've had for over 30 years as a customer. So, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to get my tools together and I'm going to pull up with my professional man to the guard shack. I'm going to greet the guard shack, tell them happy Thanksgiving, and then I'm going to go in. And then, I'm going to greet the customer and get right to work. Then, take off the panel cover with my 3/8 inch nut driver cuz it's a Siemens P4 panel. So, I know exactly the screw size. Then, I'm going to take a look at the circuit breaker and use my voltmeter and my ammeter cuz I want to see exactly what's going on with that circuit breaker and why it's arcing. I'm also going to use PPE and make sure I got face protection and rubber rubber flooring because I want to make sure I'm safe. So, after I do that, I'm going to establish give a diagnosis and then we're going to go from there. Okay, that's not bad, but I was looking for a little bit more detail. What I wanted you to do is, yes, I'm going to pull in. I'm going to be very professional cuz I know I'm on camera. I'm going to welcome greet everybody. Guard shack, happy Thanksgiving. I'm going to ask for the maintenance people. Okay. Once I get to that breaker, I'm going to do a visual inspection. If I see that there's nothing popping, crackling, or it's just on, then I'll go and I'm going to get my thermal imaging camera. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And I'm going to bring a rubber mat. Forgot about that. Okay. So, I'm going to put on my PPE equipment because this is a 100 amp 480 V panel. Panel, right? Then, at that point, I'm going to do an infrared scan. I'm going to scan all inside of that panel to see if I can get more work later on. If I uncover anything, I'm going to take a photo of that, document it, and I'm going to continue with the work. That is the difference between. So, if you ask me, "Hey, how do I become more successful? How do I get more commercial work? How How do I do How about Why am I struggling?" It's because even something as simple as this job that we're going to do, the customer wants it to be safe. We want to do it right. Yes. That's what we're going to say. Safety first. Let's get to work. Yeah.
