What happens here

Since the wire strippers were too large, the creator carefully uses a blade from his Leatherman tool to strip a small section of insulation from the end of the red wire. This delicate process requires precision to avoid cutting the thin wire itself. Once stripped, the exposed conductor is ready for soldering.
