What happens here

After the initial dirt is spread, workers use rakes and other hand tools to further level and refine the surface of the backfilled area. The skid-steer then returns to continue spreading more dirt, ensuring an even base across the entire former pool area. This iterative process of spreading and hand-leveling is crucial for creating a smooth and even surface.
