Customer had a Bad Water Heater, what would you do if you were at this job? #electrician

What happens here

Proceed to the water heater unit itself. The video briefly shows the electrician using a non-contact voltage tester to confirm that power is indeed reaching the water heater's terminal connections. This step is critical to differentiate between a problem at the electrical panel (like a faulty breaker or wiring) and a problem within the water heater unit (like a bad element or thermostat). A non-contact tester will light up or beep if voltage is present.

Goal: Confirm that electrical power is successfully reaching the water heater's internal components.

breaker and try to flip it on I then put my clamp meter on to measure amperage and was drawing around 1.8 amps so then I went inside the building to the water heater and check the power so the water heater seemed to be working fine and I called the customer to let him know if the breaker Trips Again he might just need a new circuit breaker let me know what you guys think in the comments but we came out and gave a proper diagnosis
