Customer had a Bad Water Heater, what would you do if you were at this job? #electrician

What happens here

After attempting to reset the breaker, use a clamp meter, such as the Amazon Commercial BGCM500 shown in the video, to measure the amperage being drawn by the water heater circuit. Carefully clamp the meter around one of the individual 'hot' wires connected to the water heater breaker within the panel. Observe the digital reading on the clamp meter. In this specific case, the reading was around 1.8 amps, which is significantly lower than a typical water heater's operating current (usually 18-25 amps per leg), suggesting an issue with either the water heater elements or the breaker itself not allowing full current flow.

Goal: Determine the electrical current draw on the water heater circuit to assess its operational status.

check it out at a commercial office building so here is the building's electrical panel first thing I did was open the panel find the water heater breaker and try to flip it on I then put my clamp meter on to measure amperage and was drawing around 1.8 amps so then I went inside the building to the water heater and check the power so the water heater seemed to be working fine and I called the customer to let him know if the breaker Trips Again he might just need a new circuit breaker let me know what you guys think in the comments but
