Introduction and Initial Truck Inspection

What happens here

The presenter, Josh, introduces himself and the vlog. He explains he's been looking for farm trucks on Craigslist and found an old 70s Ford pickup, specifically a 1978 F-150 Ranger XLT with a 351 engine, which he says is almost as old as him. He drives down a dirt road to reach the location where the truck is parked. He then shows the truck with its hood open and proceeds to walk around it, providing a general visual inspection of the exterior and interior. He notes the lack of significant rust, the clean interior with 43,000 miles on the odometer (possibly 143k or 243k, but the video states 43k), and the door shutting nicely.
