What happens here
To integrate the wireless charger and pop-up outlet seamlessly, use a router to create precise recesses in the composite decking. First, create a template or use a dedicated routing jig to guide the router. Place the decking panel on a stable surface. Using a trim router with a straight bit, carefully plunge and rout out the material to the required depth and shape for the devices. After routing, use a chisel to clean up the corners and edges of the recess, ensuring a snug fit for the charger or outlet. Remove any remaining debris with a vacuum or blower.
Goal: Create custom pockets for electrical components.
